Years before the official reveal of Gear 5 in the Manga, fans would always ask Oda, "Whats some of your favourite panels in the series?"
And for some reason he would always, consistently include the Skypiea Bonfire Party

Don't forget when wyper or whatever his name was in skypiea. Woke up after the enel situation was done and instantly noticed fire and the sound of drums and gan fal or whatever said to relax and showed luffy dancing infront of a fire

I think that Oda is a skilled enough illusionist when it comes to his story that whether it was planned or not from that point, it definitely looks like it was. As a writer I respect the hell out of that. To not plan something out from the beginning but to have enough world building ground work to make it possible that you did.

Oda said that panel o Luffy dancing was his favourite panel in One piece. I can already imagine him being proud of himself for foreshadowing something 20 years earlier and how everybody already started comparing Luffy when the image of Nika was shown before gear 5.

I would not be surprised if Oda did this, after all he is the *king* of foreshadowing.

I don't think Gear 5 was foreshadowed directly, but rather, Oda had an idea for Luffy's final form very early, like the fact that the Gum Gum fruit was actually a more important fruit, hence why Shanks had it. Also, in chapter 1 Luffy is told right after eating the fruit that he is smiling a lot more than usual. Which could be seen as him just liking his new abilities, but with what we know now, it's very likely Oda had this idea of Joyboy from very early on.

Oda probably had it as a lose concept. When he started the manga he had a plan for it to be only 5 years but he had it planned out. When he needed to make expand the story he added story in between the beginning and the end rather than adding on. So he probably had the end ready and the idea of Luffy being a god was apart of it. The warlords and supernovas were confirmed to be last minute ideas and additions. So Alabasta was probably partially planned with reconning Crocodile to a warlord, Skypiea was probably partially planned due to the concepts of sky islands. As well as very the importance of the introduction of Blackbeard. And Oda just kept adapting.

I remember some time ago in some arci forgot, he faced a person with the hot hot fruit, and to beat him, he had to imaging that the balls if fire weren't hot. Foreshadowing

Considering the drums around the fire, the giant shadow in the sky, the dancing and laughing, in a shadowing way is too much for just a coincidence.
