In the late 90's I worked for Xerox and had to make a service call at this facility. I parked out back by that power house and when I arrived, dozens of residents were standing around waiting for what I understood to be cigarette distribution. I was directed to go through a door that took me into one of those steam tunnels and ultimately came out beside that grand staircase. It was beautiful but terrifying even while in operation in the daytime. I don't live too far from there and can say that I don't ever intend to visit again! Cool channel and great job telling the story!
