Fitech tuning, Decelerations IAC

Wish i could find someone with ball park figures for a 1200hp Fitech on fresh roller cammed out 540BBC in a 72 Chevelle with TKO 5-speed, Seems impossible to get the IAC steps to stay put between 3 & 10, And I cant get the idle to come down, I have it set now to 600rpm but it stays around 850, It has no vacuum leaks, I also have the different controller.

My man you need to add to loop rate down you were adjusting the wrong thing
