We take you through how to set up the Pit Boss (or any other pellet grill or smoker), then how to to make the smoked macaroni and cheese step-by-step so that it comes out smooth, creamy, and cheesy! It's important to UNDERCOOK the macaroni noodles, then be patient while preparing the sauce and adding the cheese so that is stays smooth and not gritty. For EXTRA SMOKE FLAVOR, we are making a small firebox with real wood chunks which we showed how to make in a previous video. One of best parts is that we prepare, cook, and serve the hot smoked mac & cheese right in a cast iron skillet for a beautiful final presentation!
