I had a cop just like this and cut me a break. Knocking that down for you helps a lot even though you still got a ticket. Your car is not getting impounded or getting a reckless driving charge or whatever charge he decides lol.

I remember a Jersey Trooper pulled me over for doing 95 and ticketed me for 65 in a 55. After mentioning how he liked my lane switching and signalling properly. The nicest officer I've ever seen in the million miles I've drove in the last 5 years.
