Freeland is like a bobble head standing behind the boy man.

Hey trudi. Instead of giving us our own money back, try not stealing it in the first place.

One leader is speaking from his mind and probably mean what he speaks and another one just reading a paper.

Nothing like two central canadianf commentators down playing the financial mess of this country and how disastrous increased taxes have on the economy and business of Canada.

The only one who showed anger at the press conference was David Akins. Poilievre showed no anger that I saw in that exchange.

I wouldn’t mind someone angry or intemperate. I’d be happy to see some signs of life and connection to the people of this country.

There is already a health care crisis in this country. What a great solution to add dental care to the list of things we can neither afford nor deliver.

The current govt has failed Canada. The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over, expecting to see a change. It's time for change.

I've never seen such an obviously competent leader challenge such an obviously inept one. This isn't left vs. right. It's sense vs nonsense.

We don't have a government we have a gong show.

Printing money and spewing it out is how we got in this mess. Pierre is correct.

Why does Chrystia always do the bobble head thing?

Nodding doggie Freeland is still nodding at the tired old man trying to convince people he's right...Thank heavens Pierre won!

A responsible gov does not keep printing money and distribute billions of it overseas as Canadians are suffering with the rise of inflation. A responsible gov does not keep charging their Credit Cards thinking buying more things will reduce the debt. Unless this gov had mentioned 'budget will balance itself', oh wait they did say that :)

If the people of this country can finally for once and for all our emotion aside and go on policy, pertaining to the vote we will all be so much better off. Love from Alberta

Poilievre is talking about the issues that are most important to the Canadian people.

I am very disappointed in the prime minister and this attitude that he has adopted over the past few years. Initially when I supported the Prime Minister during his first campaign back in 2015, he was a very different man and now for some reason he has grown into probably one of the most hate-filled and nasty people to ever hold public office. He routinely insults and degrades anyone who disagrees with his ideology while pretending that he is somehow above all of the rhetoric.

He engages in what I call confession through projection. You hear him scream about everything the conservatives and the supporters are doing and yet him and his supporters are guilty of doing exactly what they accuse others of doing all the time. He is the one sewing Division and hatred in this country. He is the one turning Canadians against each other. Yet he pretends that it's everyone else. It's no wonder this political hellscape in this country has become the way it is because he would rather spit in your face and tell you it's raining that admit that maybe his attitude is part of the damn problem

So the Liberal's weakness is their complete failure to manage the economy properly...(budgets will balance themselves)
And the Conservatives weakness is keeping ALL of their people from talking about their personal social beliefs...
If there was an election soon I would put my money on the Conservatives...but there isn't one...
So in the meantime the drama and chess club need to work together to improve the lives of Canadians and not make it worse😉

Most people I know hat Pierre when I bring him up because they only read the slanderous headlines against him. When I tell them:

- he is pro choice
- LGBTQ advocate
- Against raising taxes
- Spend a dollar save a dollar (and the value of this stance to our economy)
etc

They seem to be in shock! People need to do more in depth reading and policy analysis...

Huh? I didn’t think PP was thrown off by the Akins belligerence. He handled it like a boss.
