I've said it before and I'm saying it again, whoever was in charge of the title sequence deserves a raise. it captures the late 80's to mid 90's sitcom vibe so perfectly in the most unhinged and chaotic way. It's genius.

I think I'm attracted to the entire Mythical Kitchen crew. I don't know how else to describe this. These people are so adorable, and fun to watch while they interact with each other. They're like an embodiment of the "legacy of friendship" upon which the entire Mythical Entertainment has been founded on. I'm sure Rhett and Link are proud of the people they have managed to hire.

If you hate shredding your own cheese I highly suggest getting a rotary cheese grater. I got one from the tik tok shop and I love it, there are are a bunch with different grating options, it goes so much faster and stable than a box grater, and they come apart for easy cleaning.

Sorry just made oven nachos before seeing this Youtube so I’m invested. Counter point to fresh shredded cheese, pre-shredded you can buy in a 3-4 cheese mix, doing that with blocks adds time, money, and fridge space plus a higher probability of waste

Nachos are a salad. Larb nachos are a double salad. Free-flowing nacho cheese sauce is the move.

1. Use Unsalted White Corn Tortilla Chips
2. Use either a Gas/Propane Oven or a Wood-Fired Pizza Oven & pre-heat to 375 degrees.
3. Cook up some 90% Lean Ground Beef or Bison with your preferred Taco Seasoning Blend, then drain it and set it aside for later.
4. Get some sliced Black Olives and set those aside for later.
5. Slice up fresh Spicy Peppers (I personally prefer Habaneros or hotter, but Jalapenos & Serranos can work) or use pickled sliced hot peppers. Set aside for later.
6. Julienne some fresh Iceberg Lettuce and finely dice some fresh Heirloom Tomatoes. Set those aside for later.
7. Finely Shred Extra Sharp Cheddar & Pepper Jack Cheese & Smoked Gouda into a large bowl, then set aside for later.
8. Get either some Chipotle Tabasco Sauce or make your own homemade Chipotle sauce, mix with a little Lime Juice and set it aside for later.
9. Layer first the chips, then the meat, then the peppers, then the olives, then the cheese, then the sauce on a large (ideally Stoneware or ceramic) baking sheet.
10. Stick it in the oven after it finishes pre-heating, bake them until the cheese is melted and the chips on the edges are golden.
11. Take them out of the oven and put the fresh tomatoes & lettuce on top.
12. Eat & enjoy!

Still gonna go with layered. Adding American cheese between layers to get extra texture still feels like an optimal combination of utilizing a second cheese and getting that important texture difference

If you're not in the us, check if the shredded cheese thing is true in your country too. The pre-shredded cheese I buy here in the netherlands only has a bit of corn starch to prevent caking. No cellulose, no anti mold agent etc. So it tastes about the same as freshly shredded cheese I think.
