My hair never improved with k18 so its amazing how many people hype it up. Olaplex is the only one that worked for me.

Ive tried k18 several times, as instructed and k18 themselves advised a different way too. I just dont like how it makes my hair feel and look. It seems to make it worse. Sticking with Olaplex. Glad i only bought the small k18 ❤

So good to know because I’ve been wondering, one versus the other I’ve tried both. On the K 18 I never really could feel or no if it was doing or making any difference, I could always feel a difference in the olaplex. Time to revisit the K 18.

Same k18 makes me struggled a lot with tangles and lead me to even more breakage things that I solved with all products from Olaplex step 3 to 8 made wonders with my bleached hair

K18 made my hair literally make a crunching sound when I touched it. I may have done it wrong. Redken acidic bonding made me shed tons at a time. Bondbar makes me instantly brassy. The new living proof product has made my hair look & feel like magical princess hair. Shiny, glossy, bouncy, smooth….I finally found her!

I love both, but with K18 I need a leave in conditioner on top. Then it’s good and the hair repair is truly amazing.

Both extremely different….Olaplex is a complete bond building system that affects and treats all 3 structural bonds in hair. K18 is a patch system, going into the outer damage of hair by depositing protein patches to temporarily fix and fill in holes. This is the reason K18 physically looks great on first application. BUT It is not a bond builder. Only OLAPLEX has the patent ingredients to heal and repair over time. Both great in their own right though ❤

I used Olaplex all products for years and it was very good. I used 2 bottles of L18 and it was ok if followed with Olaplex. But lately I found out which is much better: It is Panthene pro V. It contains bisaminoprolol as well an also Keratin, which is the substance the hair is build of, So this is now a game changer. I bleach my hair every month but it never was better.

A lot of ppl who use k18 use it wrong and mis judge the product and blame the brand when they need to take into consideration of the water they use to wash their hair, the shampoo they use to wash their hair, and when they apply the product to be aware not to apply too much or not apply on wet soaking hair. Etc
This treatment is like no other product. It works uniquely and has to be done accordingly otherwise you will not see results.
It works on every hair type.
If it isn’t working for you, you’re doing it wrong someway.
Funny cause ppl said the same thing bout Olaplex not making a difference in their hair before when it first came out and now they saying it bout k18,
when yet both products work, they just work differently.
