I actually own one of these, I use it as a ride every now and then when I wanna mix things up. People laugh until they hear it. So badass, and trashy!!! The thing totally changes the timbre of a track, sound great under a condenser mic btw. Goofy at first but highly recommend!!

I have a 19" Wuhan I really like. It tickles my ear when I don't have my earphones in, so it must be loud. Wonderful "caw" from it. I have owned numerous Wuhans from 16" to 20" and I'm not sure one this big is for me. These cymbals are quite variable on their individual character so it's a bit of a surprise what each is gonna sound like.

With many types of drummers, and such a grand cymbal, rhere is so much potential for a rare thing! Here's a novel idea: turn cymbal right side up for the "riders": show stick articulation. Then flip the china "up side down" for the rest of the rock/funk world, (you know, "everyone else..."). Then show ride, rim, and hard rap for the rest of the drummers who want to see the true vocal range of this unheard-of beast, inside and out! The range from bell to rim is the most dynamic I've ever seen! Please don't deprive the world of a true, thorough assessment of this giant!
