This is a cross-brand china comparison video that I shot with my Yamaha EAD10 to give myself and others who are interested a better idea of how these amazing cymbals compare to one another. I wanted to cover a variety of brands and lines so that the comparison would be broad and accessible to people who favor different manufacturers and cymbal making methods. Wuhan sounds the best here, but my all time favorite china is the Meinl Byzance Extra Dry China. The raw finish cuts out all the overtones, leaving only the pure tonal character of the china

Very much agree on Wuhan and Sabian...The Paiste sounds like it's stressed like ready to smash Zildjian and Meinl nice castings a good thin ride tone on em.

Sabian AA Holy, Wuhan are ideal for rock and metal in general, powerful and thrashy sound but the others are as good just for different things, maybe for softer styles of music like pop, jazz etc. Great video!
