So he is saying you can leave Islam and live by moving to a Christian country. He eventually wants all countries to be Islamic though. So eventually there would be no freedom of religion anywhere. Christians and Jews would be allowed to live as second class citizens. Anyone else would need to become Muslim or be killed/enslaved. There is some argument that the Hindus would also be able to stay Hindu, depends on the views of the Muslims who conquered them.

Leaving Islam in Islamic country where Sharia is the state law for governing, means leaving law and order of the country i.e. becoming an outlaw. just like any other country's law, outlaw is punishable crime, in Islam there is a punishment for this outlaw is death.

Why should a man leave his birthplace because he leaves islam? Imagine, his ancestors lived at the land before islam has come, and if he wants to leave the religion he has also to leave his Motherland, the graves of his grandparents, his relatives, friends, his job, otherwise Muslims will kill him. There is definitely nothing in the quran forcing a muslim who leaves islam to leave his country nor is there anything about capital punishment for this.
If they start mocking islam or any religion as a matter of fact, will lead to punishment but not for just leaving islam.

The capital punishment of apostasy originated at the time when the hypocrites of Madinah would declare they had accept Islam in the morning then they would leave it by the afternoon. This would obviously cause disorder to a new vulnerable community. Its not an automatic punishment, it has to be given as a sentence of by a mufti. And who would know unless you went round the streets shouting about it. Same with adultery.

Not true, theres no compulsion in religion. The capital punishment is for people who declare war on islam the religion and god. In the manner a politician would - and its the law for treason. Chrsitians live in islamic country and dont follow islamic law. Theres general law, and then law for muslims in quran. What your saying will suggest under islam there will be land wkth differemt law for non muslims - given the status everywhere was sharia. Otherwise your forcing them.
