Factoring a Monomial GCF from a Polynomial (MATH 095 Goal Topic 7A)

Goal Topic 7A: To factor a monomial from a polynomial, (1) Identify the GCF of the terms by finding the GCF of their coefficients and choosing the least exponent of the variables, then (2) Determine the "leftovers" by dividing each term by the GCF, which divides the coefficients and subtracts the exponents of each term by that of the GCF.
