In celebration of World Colour Day, Sam totally surprised me with a special episode of Colour Confidential! Of course, I couldn’t resist jumping in. This show holds such a special place in my heart— it was one of the most impactful and memorable parts of my career. I had the privilege of working with an amazing team at Fusion TV and incredible homeowners along the way.

I loved Colour Confidential and your wheel using random items for colour choices. I remember this episode. This kitchen was so very much like mine at the time--the cupboards, the same floors, the layout. Virtually identical. I was so excited to see what you did with it and was happy with the transition. We eventually ended up gutting the kitchen and removing a wall to expand the space, so we didn't paint the cupboards, but this was one of my favourite episodes.

LOVED that show, I watched them all. Temporary decorating solutions for rental apartments would be interesting. Things like easy peel off wallpapers and backsplash ideas. Also what to do with a white rental bathroom. Thanks Jane from a grateful Canadian. 🧡🍂🍁🇨🇦

I'd like to know what to expect when working with a designer, what to look for in a designer, what reasonable costs to pay, and what you would wish homeowners knew before, during, and after working with a designer. Also, what is the difference between a designer and a decorator.
