Thanks. I have a mtb and stuggle to get lift since it is heavy. Ive tried using my hips, moving my center of gravity and keeping my head up but man its still hard. Maybe ill get lighter tires or something. Thanks for the tips in this vid. Will keep at it.

I picked up a SS Misfit Psycles 29er, and as a dad of a toddler, I’ve got no time to get out to trails.

I’m thinking that I can start working on these skills on the sidewalk and street. Cuts the commute way down.

Great video! Will be trying this (again) on my normal mountainbike. Feels like the more stretched out body position (upper body is leant over more towards the steer) on a normal mountain bike makes these movements a bit more difficult or am I wrong here?
