Universal Audio Orion Tape Echo: First Reaction

Just bought a Pod GO, had a tough time getting good tones, this pedal sounds more organic.

Sounds excellent. But no valid excuses for not including Tap Tempo at it's price. It's better value for money now in 2024 after the recent reduction to a more realistic price. But there are still other good significantly cheaper Delays providing Tap Tempo.

Just received this pedal and it is great! But I had a problem at first. I was trying the pedal through my board and several other pedals, without any noise coming from the UAFX Orion. My power supply is a t-rex fuel tank junior..

But after i didn't had any sound coming from the UAFX I switched the power supply with a Palmer Pwt 08, and first then the pedal worked..

So I'm confused and curious? Does the t-rex not have enough power to handle the UAFX, or what could be the problem?
