I just bought a garbage neck fan off Amazon. It couldn’t manage more than an hour on low speed. Just as I was looking into ordering a new one this video dropped. Love how thoroughly you do your tests.

I've tried out a few of these so called neck coolers. None of them worked in the summer outdoor heat. They are OK for exercising in indoor environments. The best neck cooler that worked for me in the outdoor summer heat was a silicone horseshoe shaped one that you fill up with water and freeze it. Take it out of the freezer, put it around your neck and it REALLY cools you off while working in the yard or taking a long walk. Only costs $30.00 too. Lasts for 2 hours and is AMAZING!
