Looks great, I need a dust colector just like that, mine sucks 😂 greetings from Cartago Costa Rica America, Pura Vida!

Good design. I'd definitely add a fold-down outfeed table to it - wouldn't even have to be a solid top, could be just a frame so not to interfere with your dust port when it's down but outfeed support makes these little saws 10x more useful IMO.

I love those jobsite saw cabinets. I don't have one anymore or I'd def build one.

I had the rigid sold by home depot, dust collection was horrible. sold it and bought a DeWalt 10 " added a shop vac which connected to cyclone dust collector to separate large particles leaving them in a 5 gallon pail, passing only fine dust to the shop vac. this helps keep the filter clean longer as well as lengthens the life of the shop vac. Very little to no dust in the garage except when I use the dado blades. I also did not like the inconsistency of the fence. the DeWalt was spot on right out the box. since I am not a pro at measuring and cutting I need a table saw with a more accurate fence.

I'd like to see a full enclosure to make dust collection even better. For my job site saw homemade table, I wired in a normal light switch that I use to turn it on and off, so you would just need to be able to lift the front panel to raise or lower the blade, not turn it on or off. Bonus, you can then add a much better wooden fence system rather than the cruddy ones that come with most cheaper table saws (I think mine was modeled of Matthias Wandel's design).

Nice set up. I really like the ease of adding the awesome fold down table extensions. I'll have to see how I might add those to my Skil.
I built a pallet of sorts to put under mine. I tried the caster with wheel locks, but the table still moved too much, so I went with the caster set up that actually lifts the pallet and then set it down completely and is nearly impossible to move.
Does your Rigid have a dust port that draws through the blade housing. It's pretty effective as is, but could be better.

Looks good, enhancing the function of your jobsite-saw. Does your wall-hung bench, above where you parked the saw-cart, fold down on top of it? That would be great, saving space by not having to move the saw to use the bench.

Nice build! Question on those wings... do they sag at all? I've seen a few build using something like this and you see sag once the wings are open. thanks!

do you also have plans for the workbench that you use behind the table saw to catch the board you're working with

I wish I had money for plywood… I stopped buying plywood since 2021 when prices exploded and never came back down😢

What kind of screws do you use for this type of work? Nice build

Does it allow for a 45* cut? Is the saw dust port connected to the carts port?

I do attach my shop vac to my table saw, but still lots of sawdust coming out from the top. Do you think is because my vacuum isn't that huge professional vacuum? (suction wise)
