Skin issues originate from intestinal toxicity. Bowel cleansing will solve skin diseases, not just vitamin deficiency as the cause of skin problems. Try to detox for 2 weeks then start to notice skin results in the 3rd week onwards.

I suddenly have a lot of tiny skin tags around my neck area but I am not diabetic or have any problems besides high blood pressure and back pain from two accidents and back surgery. Would Vitamin D help this problem?

While this is true and Vitamin D3 helps with a lot of skin conditions and not only, there are a few other vitamins that can help.

I recently had some sort of rash on my forehead and the tip of my nose was really red and inflamed.

Naturally I went to the doctors and I got nothing but creams that did not helped whatsoever!

I figured it was a vitamin deficiency but didn't knew which, but I should have.

I am taking vitamin D3 for years, usually between 16.000 and above 20.000 IU when I have a cold or a flu.

In my case, vitamin D3 did not helped with the rash. I started taking Vitamin E which did helped a little bit but my rash only went away when I started taking a mix of Vitamin B12+ B6.

If you wonder which one helped with my rash, it was vitamin B6. I watched a video years ago about it B6 deficiency and the lack of it can cause skin problems.

I had a cracked lip for almost a year, doctors didn't knew what it was and they gave me the wrong treatment once again. It was something as simple as a bit B6 deficiency!

Vitamin D3 is simply amazing for many things but doesn't always help with everything.

If vitamin D is the sunshine vitamin, which it is. (The sun is the best source of vitamin D) why do we need sunscreen?

You need vitamin D3. Must be D3 along with K2.

They say you must take D3 with K2.
So I take sublingual without the added crap in it.
