Monday i went with my family to one of our local SAVERS stores and low and behold there were 2 phat PS2's so I picked the one that looked in better condition, no cords no controller, so I figured shouldn't be too hard to find all the hook ups at a game shop, so I was looking for more stuff when my eye catches a 3rd party ps2 controller, bingo, I'm one step closer to completion, then like a sign from the video game gods, in front of my eyes were a ps2 av cable and power cored all wrapped up nice and neat together!!!Wow!!!What luck, btw I only paid 7 dollars for everything, I take it home, give everything a nice scrub down, cleaned all the dust from inside the console, put it back together, hook it up to my HD TV and blam!!!The freekin thing WORKS LIKE A CHARM!!!I'm so happy to be able to play and own a PS2 once again, my favorite console of all time, great second hand shopping story...

i’m so glad I own a fat 50004 looking brand new, i’ve kept it without a scratch. Has been opened once as I accidentally broke the disk tray but it was fixed so well it even keeps the warranty seal.

I brought a second hand ps2 at a thrift store for $24 about a year ago and it works great just recently cleaned it out and got some great games for it.
