I have my original amp for 2017. Its only able to hold a charge for a few hours at best. How can I get a Lyft glow? It is needed in Jersey per SAMI's Law

I have a brand-new amp/Glow. It won't connect. I scanned the QR code on the paper it came with; my Bluetooth is on; I tried connecting it through the lyft app. It will not connect.

The stand doesn't hold the glow at all. If you move even a little, the glow flys off with ease. Its currently a safety hazard and a potential lawsuit until lyft sends out a new base that will ACTUALLY HOLD it while driving.
