Members of the UK band Her's die in wrong-way crash on I-10

Up and coming indy-rock band Her's were the victims of a wrong-way crash west of Phoenix on I-10. The duo and their tour manager were headed to California after performing in Phoenix when another driver stuck and killed them.

Just found out today they passed 2 years ago. Absolutely horrible what happened to them.
It always seems I get into a band or artist years after they've died and I find out a couple months later they passed.
They didn't deserve to die so young.

Ticks me off. Francisco the 64 year old in the truck was either drunk or wanted to commit suicide. That area is divided. I've driven it at least 30 or more times.

the reason people who never knew of them in their life yet still get so sad was because of their music, the music was like a message that spoke to people's soul but the sender was gone before they recieved it, never forget Her's

A few months ago I heard the song What Once Was and I fell in love with Her's. I was watching them perform She Needs Him for Paste Magazine and I was reading the comments and found out about their deaths. It's been thirty minutes and I still can not stop crying. Even though I didn't really know them on a personal level or anything or meet them I'm so torn and devastated. They were so young and both of them were so talented. Rest In Peace Her's.

It’s crazy how that same morning I woke up from a nightmare about my favorite artist dying. I checked my phone and saw nothing. My brother came to tell me later on that day that Her’s a duo band passed away. It’s eerie to think about my nightmare and this unfortunate event.

I barely discovered their music and I actually said "I wonder if they're making music" then I looked their last album was in 2018 and I was like that's weird then I researched further and now I'm here. All this time I was listening to a band who tragically passed away and now I feel like it's best I listen to their music and carry on their legacy

3 years today. ive been listening to their music since 2018. i love them so much, i couldnt believe it when i found out, it was like a parent, i cried for days. you guys NEVER disappointed me. im sure youre in heaven rn, making some performance to "celebrate" the 3 years. our lost, but the angels must love all your musics, i still miss you just like the day you were gone. love you forever💌❤️‍🩹

Breaks my heart- they were/are amazing. I will always hold their music close, and live life knowing how unpredictable it can be. They not only broke the mold, but enhanced reality/dreams for soo soooo many... take care all

I’ve just become a fan of this band and knowing that this happened is incredibly tragic and haunting. I’m just glad I know about their music and that they will live on through it. ❤️ Rest In Peace Her’s ❤️

I was listening to "what once was" and it makes me cry, and I think about how privileged I am to just make the Decision to not be alive when I feel depressed and suicidal when they didn't have a choice and their life was taken from them :(

It's been so difficult to listen to them since this happened. Their music is now so nostalgic for me, it always will be. So tragic and terribly upsetting that we'll never be able to hear or see what else was to come. So sad I never made it to a show
