This Is How To Get Max Health In GTA San Andreas!

Getting max health in GTA San Andreas can be gained gradually through the game by running, cycling, lifting weights, and swimming. However, it is possible to achieve max health all at once by completing the Paramedic Missions.

The easiest way to complete the Paramedic Missions is in Angel Pine after it is unlocked. Here, the patients are much closer together as Angel Pine is small, which makes the task less daunting to complete.

Having max health in GTA San Andreas makes some of the missions and gang warfare less difficult, as CJ is able to withstand more damage which is very useful, and makes the game more enjoyable.

Just completed the mission and i have some advice:
1) You can drive however you want: fast, slow or even hit walls, you won't damage the patients, but just be careful to not run over them
2) This mission isnt hard, it's just boring: it takes about 25 minutes
3) After the patient left the ambulance you can even run over them, the game doesnt care
4) Be careful to not leave the ambulance at level 11, you also have to complete level 12

I have trick to complete faster in ambulance:
punch the ambulance door left to right and backdoor until the doors removed but remember, don't completely destroy the ambulance🔥🤘🤘

It doesn't only get you max health, it can also give you money, and driving skill. Which is pretty helpful

i tried and this same way picking the patient over 12 lvl nothing would be happened and i get some only 2000

So i got to level 12 after an hour then i got out of the car and it didnt give me hp so i got confused and rewatched the only to learn that i needed to complete level 12, not end it after completing lvl 11. Now I'm super furious and want to quit.

man i remember the way i used todo it in 2006 is to just let cj swim into a wall and wedged something in my keyboard so my button was held down and went afk for a few hours.

Just kick out the doors of an ambulance and do the side missions in a small town like Angel Pine. Money AND health.

I was about to complete the paramedic missions i was at level 11 but then as i was picking up my last passenger a car from behind hit them while they were getting in so i just quit doing paramedic missions
