understand the need to have a light tbr to have something to fall back on when not knowing what to read💚

'Come as you are' is soooo good. One of my favourite reads so far this year ❤

I’m going to have to add Come As You Are to my TBR as well. I feel that there aren’t nearly enough romances that feature older couples!! 💚

Short and to the point! I love it! Excited for you to continue with the Cosmere.

💚💚 Hi, Crystal. I think I have to add Black Silk to my TBR. Sounds good. I think you will enjoy Simply Love. It’s such a beautiful love story, with the added bonus of seeing Wulfric and Christine Bewcastle again. So many of Mary’s characters are linked between series.

💚💚 That's my next one in the Victorian Rebels series too! I'm pretty excited to be back up in Scotland since I loved The Highlander so much!!

💚, I am about to read The Hero of Ages by Brandon Sanderson for the first time so that’s neat that you’re going to be reading Mistborn! I’ve been avoiding it forever because I used to be really weird about finishing series, but it’s time. Hope you enjoy your new month of reading.

Can’t wait to see what you’ll think of Mistborn. It’s one of my most reread series. 😊💚

Really interested to read Come As You Are since I am proud to be GenX. I loved Ignite. I think Melanie Harlow is a great palate cleanser or just a fun read. 💚💚

I read four of Judith Ivory's books a long time ago and enjoyed them all. I have at least one or two more to read but I'm saving them because the author hasn't put anything out in a long time and I'm not sure she ever will. (I believe she hasn't been well.) She has also written under the name Judy Cuevas as well, which might be her real name.

I’m excited to find out what you thought of Next To You because that was one of my favorite books of last year ❤️

💚 I really need to make list of books I need to read. I have a lot of unread physical books, because I usually pick up an audiobook or something off KU instead.

Gonna try to audio for Blood Meridian, I’ve had that book for years (The Road is one of my favourite books) but I had a hard time starting the physical book. Maybe audio will keep me focused.

💚 In April, I have to read a nonfiction book called Red Notice by Bill Browder and a romantic crime novel called Bad Men and Wicked Women by Eric Jerome Dickey. Both are for my in person book clubs. I am going to read The Duke Gets Even, Mixed Signals, Remarkably Bright Creatures, and Finding Me by Viola Davis.

My march TBR was way too ambitious (it had 32 books on it…who did I think I was 😂) so April is going down to 16 and we’ll see how it goes 💚
