You can also use a castor oil pack "belt"--or even the wool/flannel along with the belt. Add black castor oil as an added benefit. Great informational video.

Such awesome advice. I especially like how you showed to reuse old socks for support. I sometimes get tennis elbow and now I can try to reuse my materials instead of throwing them in the trash. I can't wait to make my first batch of your miracle medicine. I believe! Thank You for sharing.

You can also put it in an airtight heat resistant glass container and put it in a pot and boil it on low heat for one hour. This also extracts the herbs essence into the oil also. This is the method I use. After you do that, you have the option to leave the herbs in or strain them out or leave them in to look pretty.

I love your video ! Pretty clear and concise. I like the very useful ideas about how to hold the salve in place and clothings protected.

Good morning Suzy, I have to admit that I pulled up your video because we share our first names (& actually mine is Susan, but I prefer Suzy). I am very impressed with your video, especially the detailed directions you give and the precautions when working with hot peppers. I learned something new today from your video and that is about the bandages, very impressive. Thank you so much for sharing all of your knowledge with all of us. May God always Bless you with good health, safety, and prosperity in all you do.

Greetings from Pensacola Florida🦩🏝
Just so happens I grew my first Cheyenne Peppers this past summer and ended up with a large batch of them all from just one plant. They are hot as hades as well, so hot in fact that I didn’t know what all to do with them. Well thanks to you I know what to do with some of them now. Thank you so much for all the great tips at the end as well in the different wraps etc- great ideas!

Thank you so much for sharing. My sister just started experiencing extreme osteoarthritis and is in pain. I'm trying to fine ways to help because the Dr.'s are not. I'm going to try this and teach her everything you just taught me ( she won't watch, attention span of a pea! lol) I will repost when done. 🥰😘

I use MCT oil. Does not go rancid as soon as other oils. I have 3 year old salves that still smell fresh. MCT absorbs the best in my opinion.
