I like how you can combine it with heat or cold. All over the counter pain ointments/salves you can't do this. And this is natural. Love it!

I just ordered cayenne pepper. I had infused for hours what I had bought from the store and it wasn’t very pain relieving to me . I have been working on salves, balms, tinctures etc for adults and kids putting together a new herbal medicine cabinet. Everything I had for infusion and tinctures from the fall I’m working on and since I bought my grandson a bushcraft book for kids I hoping he’ll be helping collect herbs this year.
