Looks absolutely delicious !!! With the prawns too, it would be heaven !!! I can get Madagascan King prawns that are absolutely huge !! They are about 10-12cm from top of the tail to the base of the head. This part is always constant but the heads and tails can vary a lot for some reason. Does it matter the size of the prawns for this sauce and if the prawns are large like the ones I can get, would it give a deeper and a richer flavour if you add a small amount to the pan when you are giving them that initial cook before hitting the grill ??? Thanks for any replies & look forward to the next post !
