I have questions . 15:24 number 4 why is that it became x or 1 as the b instead of 3x?

This is how I solve it , I used the FOIL METHOD
(3x+6) (x-1) =0
First ; 3x multiple to x = 3x^2
Inner ; 3x multiple to 1 = 3x
Outer; 6 multiply to x = 6x
Last ; 6 multiple to 1 = 6
So we have 3x^2 + 3x + 6x + 6
3x & 6x same sign so it will be equaled to = 9x
So we now have 3x^2 + 9x + 6 =0
( you can notice the gcf is 3 so we divide it all by 3 )
3 divide by 3 = 1 or X
3 divided by 9 = 3
3 divide by 6 = 2

So shouldn’t the answer be
X^2 + 3x + 2 = 0

How did it became x^2+x-2=0? Genuinely asking also why is it negative when
+ 6 and -1 is the one we solved, 6 is the greater number shouldn’t we copy the greater number’s sign ? Thank you to anyone who’d answer where did I get wrong or maybe it was a small mistake by the teacher 😁

Can I ask a question? In number 3, my answer is 2x² + 6x - x + 3 since in a foil method First is 2x is multiplied by x is 2x², Outer is 2x × 3 is 6x, Inner is -1 multiplied by x my answer is x because the variable (x) is always 1 and Last is -1 × 3 is -3. And then there is similar terms, you add it which is 6x and x and my answer is still 6 (I don't know if I am right, you can correct me if I'm wrong). My final answer is 2x² + 6x - 3. (Based on my understanding, in multiplication of integers unlike sign is equals to always negative). So why is your answer is different? Am I wrong? I'm sorry I don't get it Sir.
