I actually prefer this as a skirt with the cream blouse. As a skirt, it's more flowy than as a belted dress. I also love the pattern, which you see more of when it's a skirt. Just my opinion.

But I do prefer it as a skirt with the top. It is such a pretty skirt with a beautiful pattern. It’s also very short as a dress, so I’m not sure very many could pull off wearing it as a dress, unless they have a figure like yours.
