Confused by this guy's last statement. How can the Obama Foundation be "working on digitizing the records" if they already turned them over to the National Archive & don't have them anymore? When Pres. Obama left office, I recall, there was lots of fund-raising for a new Presidential library to be built outside Chicago specifically to display the records, etc.
