This would be even funnier if you had to keep building until its fully funtional but you might end up with 6 dining rooms

This isn't home this is a community place, that teens can come to hang out, do their laundry, And they can learn skills like music and cooking, and they even have a place to eat.
the nice thing about having two of each is that one can be where the instructor hangs out but the other is for teens who just want a snack or just jam out alone.

This building was originally a house with two suites one upstairs one downstairs the reason there is no bathroom downstairs is because this is an old house so there used to be an outhouse. Later the house was bought and turned into a laundry mat but no one went there because nobody lived around it. After the laundry mat failed some musician bought it cheap and turned it into a great place to hangout record and play music.

I have an idea for a challenge but I’m not sure if you have done it but you should make a house that is all open plan so no walls apart from the exterior walls, half walls are aloud but not full walls. Hope you see this and try it out I would love to see what you can create ❤️❤️

You should try doing a normal floorplan and then spinning the wheel🤣🤣🤣

Mia Maples is a Canadian youtuber that bought a house a few years back to use it as a studio. All the rooms in the house were filled with everything but house things (except the kitchen, of course). She didn't live there, it was solely a youtube studio. She had different rooms dedicaded to different content.

For that reason, I picture a youtuber that converted this house for a studio, and every room is basically a set for filming. The two laundries are pieces he is working on renovating for home decor videos after he got them for a pretty good deal in a garage sale. There wasn't room for all four machines in the same room, so he had to divide them. He is also a Jew, which means his meat and dairies can't mix. Some people keep them in defferent sides of the kitchen, but once again, not enough room. So he decided to go for two kitchens. He is also very keen on cooking videos. At last, he is also a music lover and produces some covers here and there. The room upstairs is for edditing and all. He still hasn't find his niche on youtube, as we can see, maybe you could help him out...

Please do this challenge, but include the solid color challenge or the different style challenge (like boho, modern etc) for each room or both! That would be absolute chaos! Love it!

Maybe this is some kind of a club house? Like I can totally see how some music lovers gather there and have fun. Well, even the absolute absence of bedrooms cannot make this house less cute💜

Maybe this house can actually be seen like a dorm house? It can be seen like a communal space and explain why there's 2 laundry rooms, a snack area as the second kitchen, and the different music and study rooms.

I would love to see this challenge done again but deleting the rooms you’ve already done! Loved this xx

Do this challenge again… but no shell. You have to spin and get a room… build it… spin and get another and attach it on. So, you get more choice on attaching them on. You can add “hallway” as a room option!

Think of it as mixing this challenge with the build a house with gallery rooms challenge.

Love the colors in this build! My headcanon is that maybe it's like the main building in a lot full of airbnbs hosted by the same owner so all the bedrooms/bathrooms are their own little buildings and the sims can come here to cook or do laundry and thats why they need 2 of those rooms XD

I don't know if this makes sense, but it could be a 'crash' house.
For instance, a record label would have a 'house' that would house props and clothes for music videos, and this could be that house. That explains why they have so many laundry rooms and kitchens; as well as two music rooms. The dining room could double as a 'meeting room'? Maybe? 😂

I think that you can make it into a place in which bands come and record their music in the music rooms. The storage is where they store their instruments, and of course alcohol haha. Upstairs is a second suite that is used to record demos and DJing. They have 2 laundry rooms for those that come and put on shows and their costumes are always dirty so they have the option to clean it there. They use this place as a practice place. The Study is the receptionist's place to check-in, the dining room is a meeting room where you wait to see the owner.

I’m guessing this is gonna end up like an eclectic office space with no food or bathroom

Oop, got a galley kitchen

Double Kitchens! What a twist!

Bathroom achieved, wooo!

Music recording space for a duo—they can each work, crash, and tidy themselves separately but use the dining space for collaborative projects 🤷🏻‍♀️
