I used to find her really hot in the beginning of the game, not so much after.
I would take blind Philippa over her, it was just her being the only chick I saw in Velen that blurred my decision making skills.

Eh, she has a point. Though she neglected to mention the third type, the men who believe they see opportunity, but whether blind or not, stumbled into a pit. Depending on how you play these games, Geralt may end up as the third more often then not.

I didn't like Keira throughout the games. A whiney manipulative witch, hiding in a hut and taking advantage of everyone around. Tried to put up a show before Geralt, which is... a bit of a farce, in her situation.

Even wants to suck up to king Radovid, but in my first playthrough I talked her out of that idea (which backfires horribly if you let her go ahead).
If you save her - she cling to Lambert after battle of Kaer Morhen. Poor Lambert, he's young, jealous of Geralt and wants to date a sorceress, too...

Hence his trolling Merigold - he's jelly but knows he'd fail miserably if he ever tried to hit on her, so he's covering that up by trying to troll her instead, but alas - the joke's on him.
