It's often said that in the U.S. you can do anything until someone says you can't, but in Britain you can't do anything until someone says you can.

When we give up our freedoms and liberties for the sake of security we lose both.

Rod, why have you not got your own TV Channel? Such a professional approach to Little Britain.

I often find that a good firm "Piss off" often works well.

I like this stuff. Why am I only getting it fed to me by YouTube six years later?

Rod Liddle is my favourite journalist. I admire his ability to laugh at current madnesses, while I risk heart attacks when i consider the same things. I hope that they (those in power) never succeed in censoring him; if they do I will leave the country.

This is why I love the work of auditors, I know some are OTT but it's essential work IMO.

At the end of the video the Police/PCSO have no jurisdiction in this mater. It is a civil mater not criminal. They should only be there to make sure that they "Keep the Peace".

Even more relevant today, plus you would need a mask or risk being arrested

you do not need permission to film on public property PERIOD. If you read legislation, it is in an of itself unlawful to restrict the filming of anyone on public space for any reason.

This stuff is an appalling attack on the rights of the public, but don't blame these people in yellow jackets. They're called "jobsworths" for a good reason. You can't expect them to risk losing their jobs just by doing what they've been told to do. Blame the arseholes in management who make these stupid, fascistic rules.

did notice in your video you had a normal staff member if he said he was security ask for his SIA licence by law he has to have it on show the same as the police and if he doesn't have one it's a £5, 000 fine and 6 months in prison
