To paraphrase the late US comedian, George Carlin:

"But where do these middle class "Labour" politicians come from? They come from middle class families, middle class communities, middle class private schools, middle class polite society middle class garbage in; middle class garbage out."

Asian families are cohesive, that’s why the children do well. It isn’t complicated.

Brendan, back in March I suggested that you were being over-sensitive. That you were wrong. How wrong I was. How right you were. You and Peter Hitchens got it right. Lesson learnt in May.

Has anyone seen the video of the woman filming the empty hospital in Gloucester. She was showing how it was empty throughout, wards, A&E etc. Her next video was of the police arresting her at home! This is serious and needs to be addressed.

Rod’s point on journalistic courage is well made. Where has unbiased journalistic professionalism disappeared too?

He said Sweden is worst in Europe for deaths? Sweden is only at number 26 globally for deaths/million. Proved Imperial model that justified lockdowns were way overestimated. Est 90k vs 5.5k by July.

Every Liddle Helps! I can't get enough of Rod, he calls out bullshit like nobody else and is absolutely hilarious. His is the first page I turn to every week when I pick up my Spectator.

I remember first seeing the movie, 2012, or The Day after Tomorrow, or Deep Impact, or The Core, or Armageddon or one of those apocalyptic films...where a scientist, exasperated by the imminent threat of global apocalypse, is faced with a politician who begins to claim...'but the economy
He's cut off, 'There won't BE an economy if you don't ACT NOW!'

I'm thinking it's the global economy crashing that is going to be apocalyptic.

The way 'ordinary' tv adverts have leapt on this bandwagon, as tho' it's the last economic lifeboat sailing from the financial Titanic is extraordinary. All comes from the cloying psychometric bean counters at the oh-so right-on advertising agency (singular). *& those idiot foreign named wimmins at the BBC/Sky/C4N, all wearing the same red&black.
