Thats a really nice way of doing it. I do the one that +origami katakana mentioned. Really easy to do and more efficient.

Nice. Slightly faster than my (R U' R') (U' R U' R') y' (R' U' R), but then I guess I'm using the beginner's/intuitive way of solving that F2L case.
