Big mistake: only ever follow the official Japan metrological forecast and none of the other random ones and preferably after the 6th or 7th official forecast. *the metrological forecast has had it at full bloom between 28-31 for the last 3 weeks!

Great video! Another nice spot, less well known, is the streets behind the ANA Hotel in Akasaka. Probably better than Sakura Street in Shibuya! I shot a video there last year.
