The Prophecy Of Syria (Ash-Sham)

Shaykh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyah (R) said: The Prophet (S) highlighted the distinct character of the people of ash-Shaam by noting that they will continue to comply with the commands of Allah until the end of time, and that the victorious group will remain among them until the end of time. This is speaking of an ongoing matter that will remain with them, that they will be numerous and strong. This description does not apply to anyone in the Muslim world except the people of ash-Sham… knowledge and faith are still present in that land, and whoever fights in that land to support the faith will be victorious and will be granted divine help. Hence at the end of time, ash-Sham and its people will be a stronghold for Islam, and in that land Jesus, the son of Mary will descend in Damascus, at the white minaret located to the east. Most of the scholars have interpreted this to mean on the minaret of the Umayyad mosque.

The Prophet ﷺ said

If one of you finishes from the last Tashahud, (after durood)
Then he should seek refuge with Allah from four things:
he says:

اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ،
مِنْ عَذَابِ القَبْر،
وَمِنْ عَذَابِ جَهَنَّمَ،
وَمِنْ فِتْنَةِ الْمَحْيَا وَالْمَمَاتِ،
وَمِنْ شَرِّ فِتْنَةِ الْمَسيحِ الدَّجَّالِ

Allaahumma ‘innee a’oothu bika,
min ‘adhaabil-qabr,
wa min ‘adhaabi Jahannam,  
wa min fitnatil-Mahyaa wal Mamaat,
wa min sharri Fitnatil-Maseehid-Dajjal

O Allah, I take refuge in You,
From the punishment of the grave,
And from the torment of the Fire,  
And from the trials and tribulations of life and death,
And from the evil affliction of Al-Maseeh Ad-Dajjal

The commandments of ALLAH also include…
1. Not to run away from the battlefield .
2. Not to let tyrants rule over you.
3. Military unity in the face of non believers to protect the honour of women.
4. To spread Islam inside Israel by military force if necessary.
5. Not to let the luxuries of the world to prevent you from fighting for ALLAH.

Ash Sham classically refers to the whole of Levant i.e Holy Land from the river of Egypt to the Euphrates, not just modern day Syria

It is time to revive the Unity of the Muslim Lands. We should work towards establishing a Muslim Union under Sharia law. That is the final destiny of The Muslim people. One United people under the sovereignty of Allah.

I've always knew about these Hadith thanks to Sheikh Abdulaziz Al-Tarafi. The Hadith also mentions that prophet says, Iman (faith), is where Fitnah befalls of Al-Sham. VERY IMPORTANT: Al-Sham, or Bilad al-Sham is NOT just Syria. It's the Islamic Holy-lands. ie. Greater Syria (Palestine, Lebanon, parts of Iraq, parts of Turkey).

*And strive for Allah with the striving due to Him. He has chosen you and has not placed upon you in the religion any difficulty. [It is] the religion of your father, Abraham. He [i.e., Allah] named you "Muslims" before [in former scriptures] and in this [revelation] that the Messenger may be a witness over you and you may be witnesses over the people.* Quran 22:78

A Muslim is one who follows the Quran and Sunnah, without any labels. Without such labels as, 'Sunni', 'Salafi', 'Sufi', 'Shia', etc. These are man-made fabrications and innovations, which gets you to focus on argumentation, and non important matters, rather than good deeds, and responsibility.

It is Allah(swt) who guides, and it is He who will judge us in the end. Let those who insist on adding labels to 'Muslim' be, let them argue amongst themselves, and focus on your good deeds and responsibilities. It's time to wake up.

To be fair this Hadith is closest to the people of Palestine. The characteristics of the people who match those of Palestine and not so much the Syrians.

The High Priest Questions Jesus

We know who are the true brothers amoung us, but we need for shaikhs to step up, for every land we need to make bayat to a shaikh. And if in one land their is a shaikh with more knowledge then all, then to him we should make bayat and be under the right banner and be in the way that Allah want us to be for justice. In'sha'allah
