Versatile
Create shipping rules with loads of variables to create the shipping costs you need. Queries
Apply rules to individual prducts, products in a certain category of products specified by a custom query.

Shipping Method Name
Change the name of your shipping method using shortcodes and depending on the rule whose conditions are satisfied.

Multiple Shipping Methods
The plugin comes with 3 shipping methods but by changing the name of the method, you’ll probably only need 1.
Flexible Rules
Most rates can be defined by taking the minimum rule that satisfies the conditions. This plugin also allows you to take the maximum or to sum the costs of the rules whose conditions are satisfied or even to apply the rules to each row of the cart. Distance Calculations
Use point-to-point or road distance to calculate distance in miles/km. Use the actual distance calculated or round it up or to the nearest mile/km. Choose whether to avoid tolls in road distance calculations.

Delivery Origin Address(es)
Specify an origin address for delivery, define multiple stores from where delivery can start or allow the customer to enter where the delivery is from. Here’s the demo for this feature. Adapatable Conditions
Rules depend on customer country, customer zip/postal code, delivery time, delivery day, whether product is on back order, product/product category/whether product satisfies query, total cost, distance, weight, volume, dimensional weight, quantity and origin store.
Responsive Costs
Rule costs depend on flat fee, order total, distance, weight, volume, dimensional weight and quantity. For each variable, you can define cost per unit starting from a value (e.g. $2 per mile starting from 10 miles would mean that a customer 11 miles from the store would be charged $2). When No Rules Satisfied
When no rules are satisfied, no shipping is available for the customer and they cannot order. You can choose the message that the customer sees to tell them that no shipping is available.
Tax
Choose whether to apply tax to the shipping method. Back Orders
Apply rules depending on whether a product is on back order.
