Distance Rate Shipping (WooCommerce Tutorial)

In this WooCommerce tutorial I will show you how to create shipping zones based on a zip-code radius.

I will show you how we can charge a different delivery fee for people who order within a 5 mile radius and a 10 mile radius.

How do I set distance where I don’t deliver ?
Example the customer lives in 00020 zip code .my store only delivers from . How do I set a cut off point at 00019 so customers who live beyond that area will get a message that we don’t offer services in their area
