Thanks for the video. I have a a52s here in the UK and it was a great upgrade to my old A70....it solved a lot of my disappointments with that (speaker, camera, fingerprint reader, am considering an a53 for the wife, she doesn't game, her main concern is photography (she has a Huawei p30 pro currently)....I think the a53 might be ok for her, it's actually a cheaper upgrade with better availability than the a52s on EE here.

a52s is way better. A53 needs a snapdragon variant. exynos always lagging.

The biggest disadvantage of A53 to me seems the missing headphone jack, but then again, I now own buds, so I decided to go with A53 because photography is my main priority, not gaming

What's your take on the haptics on the 52s? I've seen elsewhere that it's a bit poor possibly leading to missed calls or notifications!

I'm currently choosing between these two phones.
In my country the A52s is 30 Euros cheaper, so the price difference isn't that big, while the A53 comes with Galaxy Buds Live included.
I'm not really into any mobile gaming, so I don't think the gaming experience will affect my decision, but is the weaker chip on the A53 noticible In normal use? Like when browsing media and using apps day to day?
Which phone should I pick up?
