Thanks so much for this! I'm a senior lady who has done a lot of refinishing over the years, but I learned a great deal from this video. I was just about to finish a kitchen table in the satin, and I'm so glad I watched this first. I used the Arm-R-Seal semigloss on another table a few years back, but I prefer satin. I've worked with it on chairs, but I didn't have a streaking problem. One thing I do is stir thoroughly, then remove a portion of finish into a dish, and I work from that so as not to contaminate the unused portion. I really like the idea of the ketchup bottle! Thanks for the educational video. I'll remind myself to stir often!

Very good explanation of the different gloss levels! If you are using a spray can for small projects, the same thing applies. 2 coats of gloss, finished with the semi or matte.
Lovely table proportions!! Your guests will love it.

Arm-R Seal is my favorite wood finish. We used it at a table shop I worked at. We built tables for a Wine bar in the shop and I got to see how it stood up in a restaurant setting. It worked amazingly. And I love that it is so easy to apply.

I did not know that about the powder. That was super helpful. So is the ketchup bottle. I use those for my paint when I paint furniture. Thanks for sharing. And that’s a great looking table.

Hi styler, I tried Armour seal awhile ago and threw it away. My project got shiny in places, I thought the product was bad. They never told me about keeping it mixed ( wood craft) Table looks beautiful !!! Thank you for another great video. Happy Thanksgiving 😊

I have only used a natural bristle brushes to apply poly, I'll have to try the wipe on method.
Do you clean and reuse those ketchup bottles ?
