I have acne prone skin and I've been taking a supplement that comes with 25mg of zinc + 2, 5mg of copper for over a month and i haven't noticed a big decrease in terms of acne.

It might help somewhat with my skin and faster growing nails but if i consume "too much" sugars then it doesn't matter how much zinc supplements i take I'll still get acne outbreaks. Maybe it's not just the sugars but also increase in testosterone.

Edit: Here's what I do now: cut down sugar, hydrate your skin everyday with skin oil that has Vitamin E, keep warm showers as short as possible and take Vitamin D3, Zinc and Magnesium everyday.
