something I dont think people realise is that this conversation proves Tim KNEW the entirety of season 2 and 3, plus the latter bits of season 1. He managed to process of elimination down Martins potential crush to either him or Jon, then confirmed that it wasn't him. The only possible crush for Martin at this point is literally just Jon. Tim knew. Possibly why he was so pissed off about Jon going off the deep end. Martin had been through a lot and he had likely hoped that theyd find comfort with eachother. Instead his boss went off the deep end and started stalking him
