Hi.. Just one correction.. The lateral boundary of the anterior triangle is formed by the POSTERIOR border of sternocleidomastoid Msl and not anterior. Reference - Scott Brown Otorhinolaryngology - Head & Neck Surgery. 8th Ed Ch35

you could see a chiropractor. they have good knowledge of muscles and bones. If you do some stretches you can improve tension in the neck and head. you can look up scalene streches, suboccipital stretches. if you have forward head posture learn how to correct that. and watch your stress levels generally.
