When we select LOCAL SERVICE in service account error will be displayed the error is

The local service account is not permitted for the SQL server service. Specify another account for the service login

Была красная ошибка с Database Engine, мучался долгое время с перестановками и удалениями, но безуспешно.
В итоге сделал как на видео, но на этапе выбора указал не LOCAL SERVICE, т.к там дальше не давало пройти, а свои учётки на Агент и Ядро (не забудьте про пароли).
Как итог - всё установилось без ошибок! Спасибо)
