This is great! Have you tried to set it up with 2 way integration? I would want to close the ADO story and have it update in SN against the SCTASK. We don't want to go to Agile Dev. We want to bypass that and just go from SCTASK to ADO. Right now we don't need to worry about Incidents either.

May I know how the assignment group of the Incident is carried over to the assignment group in the Story in the Traige board? Is there a Business rule running on the story form?

Is azure devops spoke need to insall while servicenow doing bi-directional integration with agile developement. Microsoft Agile Developement- Azure devops already installed.

Nice overview, Justin! It doesn't seem like a lot of additional work to set up this linkage for non-Agile records, apart from creating the necessary Triage Board(s).

The work notes flowing back from ADO to SNow appear to be added to the Story record. Are they also replicated to the Incident or Task record?
