The root of hate is fear. People find it easier to project their fears through hate rather than acknowledging what they don't know and understand. Our society is sick, and its leaders have and continue flaming these fears. We need more movies like Queer.

I saw the film and I think Daniel Craig is brilliant, this man embellished the word ACTOR to the fullest and should very proud of his work and his performance in this film. The scene in the jungle is so much more, it is about a connection between people is so incredible and it happen between to men on that level is brilliant, it’s the connection that everyone wants and is very rare indeed. If one is so fortunate to find that with another person will have a life time of joy.

If they're discussing sex scenes in film, I thought Brokeback Mountain did it perfectly. The first time they "did it", very quick and somewhat violent, fit the characters very well. But then the next time, I can only describe it as very moving, they just handled that scene brilliantly. It was very tentative and slow, and ultimately not just sex, but an expression of sudden love.

I just saw Queer tonight. It blew me away. Absolutely career best for Daniel Craig. The themes of the story are obviously something he's genuinely interested in, and I don't only mean the sexual attraction. Everything he and Luca say here had me nodding my head vigorously in agreement.
