12 REASONS WHY I BELIEVE A SAVED PERSON CAN NEVER BE LOST

1. ETERNAL LIFE IS ETERNAL! (John 3:15, 10:28, Romans 6:23, 1 John 2:25, 5:11, 5:13, etc) By definition eternal means never ending. Once a saved person has eternal life it can never be taken away. If it could be it would not be eternal! God foreknows who will be saved but doesn't make anyone be saved. Salvation is secure in Jesus Christ and we are not in Christ until we trust Him alone for salvation. Anyone CAN be saved but most will not be saved.

2. Jesus gives me Eternal Life (John 5:24, 6:40, 47), if I could lose Eternal Life, it isn't Eternal Life.

3. Our self righteous works or human self efforts or self reformation or good works don't save us (Titus 3:5), which means bad works don't unsave us (Ephesians 2:8-9).

4. I will never come into Eternal Judgment/Condemnation for sin ever again (Romans 8:1; John 5:24; Ephesians 2:7).

5. Only God secures me (John 10:26-29; Romans 8:38-39).

6. The Holy Spirit seals me (Ephesians 1:13-14).

7. Jesus Christ, God the Father, and Holy Spirit are with me forever (Matthew 28:19; Hebrews 13:5; John 14:16).

8. Jesus Christ is the Saviour (John 4:42), not me! Thus I don't keep myself saved, Jesus does since He is the Saviour.

9. Jesus promised Overcomers i.e. already saved people (1 John 5:4), will always have their name in the Book of Life (Revelation 3:5).

10. I have been eternally redeemed (Hebrews 9:14).
If Salvation could be lost, then Redemption couldn't
be eternal.

11. Jesus was suffering at the Cross for all my sins i.e. Propitiation/Penal Substitutionary Atonement (1 John 2:2). Thus there is no way I could suffer for my own sins since Jesus was suffered in my place/stead.

12. All my sins past, present and future are completely forgiven (Colossians 2:14), and God can't revoke that (Romans 11:29).

Take note that Judas Iscariot had NO PROBLEM betraying Jesus, because he NEVER really believed that Jesus is the Messiah and our ONLY way to Heaven. UNBELIEF is ultimately why the Devil could enter Judas and make him do, what he did. Judas was VERY religious, VERY self-righteous, and VERY lost.
