NATO says its peacekeeping force in the Balkans is ready to intervene if tensions keep rising between Serbia and Kosovo. Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg has met the leaders of both countries in Brussels, and the EU has urged them to stop their talk of possible war. Kosovo gained independence from Serbia in 2008 after a bitter struggle, but Belgrade has never recognised its neighbour as a separate country.

Kosovo is Albania. We don't live in 1389, but we can bring Serbia back to that year if they want to.
