My 3 Go-To conditioning exercises for better poling

There are hundreds of conditioning exercises out there but these are my Go-To exercises since I use a lot of shoulders, hips and wrists for my pole & contortion training.

After going through multiple injuries, I learned the hard way the importance of doing conditioning exercises. I’ve been doing these exercises for a few months now and I really feel that I’m getting less injuries or my joints are less tired from intensive trainings. TBH, I don’t really enjoy conditioning exercises but we really need to prioritize this in order to advance our skills😭

I do pole bending witch is a event in horseback riding and my friends think when I say that, that I am a pole dancer
