In this video, an incredibly simple two-pronged approach. Watch to the end for full content, to correct the following:

Do you side step with your Clean to create space when executing your DOUBLE KETTLEBELL movements like the Push Press, Military Press, Snatch, Jerk, and Squat?

When it comes to pressing weight or pushing weight over head, the amount of time under tension can make or break a lift. Too much of it takes energy away from your lift.

So if you side step after each rep in order to find your optimum stance for pressing or push pressing, you are wasting energy and taking focus away from your lift.

In order to avoid this, watch this video to the end and practice what you’ve learned. Like. Subscribe. And comment with questions.
